Definition of Obesity

The medical definition of obesity: The excess accumulation of body fat resulting in an adverse effect on health and increased health problems.

The Water Cures Obesity Definition: The excess accumulation of body fat due to chronic dehydration and inadequate respiration.

Note We define obesity differently than anyone else and for good reason. If this definition is true, then there is a simple, easy, sustainable and nearly free way to eliminate obesity.

The way modern medicine defines obesity is based on hundreds of years of science theory that nobody has really questioned until recently. Within the medical professions way to define obesity is a formula. The obesity definition formula includes measurements and mass calculations.

By taking your weight in kilograms (divide your weight in pounds by 2.2 to get your weight in kilograms) and dividing it by the square of your height in meters. When that number exceeds 30 kg/m2 you meet the definition of what is obesity.

What is Obesity?

If we were to look inside our bodies at the fat tissues or as they are called, the fat deposits, we would see around the belly an light orange gelatinous sponge like tissue. Once it becomes open to air (as when surgery is preformed), it instantly starts to dissolve.

In abdominal surgery, the nurses assisting the surgeon will quickly apply a Saran Wrap like clear plastic over the tissue. This to prevent it from literally melting from exposure to air.

When we have way too much of this stuff, we are obese. When we have too much of it in the wrong places, we are not only obese, we are at risk of further health complications.

Common wisdom is it gets there by eating too much and not getting enough exercise. This is a simplistic view of an even simpler problem.

If it melts when it hits the air, then all we need is more air to make it disappear, right? Well, this is why exercise routines like Calanetics and Yoga style exercising and laughing or deep breathing have incredible health benefits and some practicing such notice incredible weight loss.

Remember, the Water Cures definition of obesity views it as a lack of proper hydration that is compensated for by eating food.

There is another way to eliminate the fat and it is an even simpler way to get oxygen to the fat cells. It has to do with the way water cures.

When we fail to properly hydrate our body, it sends out a thirst and hunger signal at the same time. We interpret thirst as hunger and in order to get the finite molecules of water locked into each morsel of food we eat, our bodies allow us to eat more than we need.

We are not overweight because we over eat. We overeat because we are overweight.

We are not overweight because we over eat. We over eat because we are over weight

Our bodies are going to do everything possible to maintain our norm. When we store up fat to compensate for dehydration, our bodies will compensate by demanding even more food or by causing us to work less in order to maintain the norm.

The Truth About the Definition of Obesity

The simple obesity fact is that obesity is a condition of prolonged dehydration and electrolyte imbalance, less than bodies need. To compensate for the prolonged lack of proper hydration, the body compensates by turning into and storing excess food as fat in order to care for the anticipated continued lack of proper hydration.

Water provides both the hydroelectric fuel and the oxygen (H2O) to break down the fat stores and allow the body to attain its normal state of optimal healthy weight.

Again, our definition of Obesity is far different than you will find anywhere else. This definition also allows for a simpler way to treat it. Most importantly, we are not profiting from sharing this. No snake oil, no eye of newt, no drugs, and no get thin quick schemes. Only a simple, easy to sustain life change and you will correct the obesity problem.

We guarantee it or your misery back

Water Cures in the News

Our Grandparents Knew About Hydration and Eating!
It is amazing how so many things that are new to us were common knowledge in the past. One basic practice of the Water Cures protocol is to drink at least 30-45 minutes before and 2 1/2 hours after a meal. This is not a new thought however. Notice what a magazine from 1925 had to say...

"Drink plenty of water two hours after each meal; drink none just before eating; and a small quantity if any at meal time. Do not take a bath until two hours after eating a meal, nor closer than one hour before eating. Drink a full glass of water both before and after the bath." (Golden Age, Sept. 9, 1925, pp. 784-785)

Heal Your Headache It Worked For Me

Hi, my name is Sharon. The webmaster of this site is my nurse, my personal water coach and my husband.

As this site was first being built, I had a headache and as usual took an Ibuprofen. Impatient for it to start working, I decided to try the Water Cures. I took a pinch of salt and a glass of water. Then I took a second pinch of salt and another glass of water. My headache was gone in less than 5 minutes.

From my personal experience, it usually takes 30 to 45 minutes for Ibuprofen to work. Some have found it takes ibuprofen 24 minutes to start working.

Yet on the Water Cures protocol, my headache was gone in 5 minutes.

Its simple: give your body what it needs and your body will give you what you need, the ability to feel great.

Water Cures was the solution for the elimination of my headache. It is what I will use from now on.

Why not give it a try yourself.

Have you tried the Water Cures Yet? Then why not...
