This is the story of Juanita and her improved energy and vision after starting the water cures protocol.
Juanita, a 45 year old mom of four teenage girls started menopause after having a hysterectomy.
Multiple Health Challenges
Further complicating her health, she had a lack of energy and was chronically fatigued so much it was difficult to even stand. The decrease in activity resulted in her packing on an additional 16 pounds on top of already being overweight.
She was medicated with synthroid for an under active thyroid and having vision difficulty.
He self esteem was so low, she felt that 45, her future was all down hill. She resigned herself that this was as good as it gets.
Then on starting the water cures protocol along with some of the "Outside the Glass" suggestions from her hydration coach, something wonderful happened.
Her day used to start with coffee in the morning. Her drug of choice, caffeine was what got her through the day. Later in the day, coffee was replaced with Pepsi. Making breakfast involved opening a container of yogurt.
Now she is able to make breakfast, pack lunches, wash and fold laundry, make beds and it is all done before the school buses arrive for the children to be off to school.
Although apprehensive, she gave the change a try. She noticed a difference immediately. Even though she was still doing coffee, she noted a big difference. Then one day, she noticed that after she had made breakfast and packed lunch and done the second load of laundry that she had totally forgot to make coffee.
This is one of the phenomena that happens as we provide our bodies what they need. They not only stop craving what is bad for us, they reprogram what we put into our bodies so that we feed on optimal nutrition.
What About the Weight?
And what about the weight? She had gained 2 pounds but since her clothes fit better, she realized that the fat was being replaced with muscle. She also realized she could start exercising now as well.
Note: Exercise is essential for health. The choice is simple. You can spend 20 minutes once or twice a day exercising or you can spend it in a busy life and have no quality of life as you get older.
What About Her Vision?
The biggest surprise, her vision improved.
She learned the simple truth, we are what we eat. If we do not take care of our health, nobody else is going to. She took action to have her best health yet.
Her words to her water coach say it best, "How can I ever say thanks for giving me my life back? I feel like a new woman. Honestly! I'm a true believer in the water cures."
