Olivia Worthy tried the water cures protocol. On one Wednesday night she had some muscle cramps in her leg. Then later that night, while asleep, she was jolted awake. She was experiencing a discomfort but she did not know what it was at first. All she knew, something was wrong.
Then the next night, the severe night leg cramps had increased their intensity. She thought all she needed to do was take a bit more water and salt. Then that night, she woke up several times with the feeling of her heart pounding and racing. She also noted that her pupils were getting bigger and smaller. Each episode, she felt like she was going to faint.
To try to help things, she raised her legs, putting them up on the wall. She was trying to avoid loosing consciousness. Yet each time she felt weaker and weaker. By the last few attacks, she could hardly move.
She called her water coach the next day. The problem, she lacked magnesium. She resolved it by buying some liquid chlorophyll. This helped improve her condition although not completely.
Some have found that a calcium, magnesium and zinc combo supplement will help. However, they only use this for short term use to avoid dependence. Then adjusting their diet, they can eliminate the supplements.
